Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
30% prepayment within 10 business days from the date of contract with the selected Supplier, 70% within 10 business days from the date of delivery of the goods to the specified warehouse, delivery to the said warehouse shall be included in the price of the item, the shipping costs must be allocated separately.

1) The criteria for choosing the best offer: quality, delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
2) This procedure of requesting a proposal is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
3) This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Therefore, this Proposal Request Procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the Customer

3.1. For goods, production of RF:
3.1.1. The price of the item in the supplier's stock (specify the city of shipment) subject to pickup.
3.1.2. Product price subject to supplier delivery to supplier's warehouse in g. Amursk (by car delivery)/Komsomolsk-on-Amure Railway Station (when shipped in 20" /40" containers by train)/Mılki Railway Station (when sent in train cars).
3.2. For goods imported from abroad:
3.2.1. The price of goods at the customs clearance point under the conditions of delivery DDP port.../railway station... (specify customs clearance point - TO) subject to pickup.
The price of the item shall include all costs at the then point — delivery to the point, then, storage costs for time, warehouse closure costs, loading costs for the appropriate item transport.
The price for the item may be in rubles or currency at the payday rate.
4.2.2. Price of goods subject to supplier delivery to supplier's warehouse in g. Amursk (by car delivery)/Komsomolsk-na-Amure Railway Station (when shipped in 20"/40" containers by train station)/Mylki Railway Station (when sent in train cars) — at the price of the products in the item THEN in rubles.
