Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment for services is made by the Customer:
- 60% prepayment after the conclusion of the contract;
- 40% within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of delivery and signing by the parties of the consignment note or the act of work performed on the basis of the invoice and invoice issued by the Supplier by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account.
The date of payment is the date when funds are debited from the Customer's current account.
The commissions of the Customer's Bank are credited to the Customer's account.
Commissions from other banks are credited to the Participant's account.

The participant can make an alternative offer on the terms of payment.
Delivery terms:The installation of the stand is carried out on February 12.
• The Participant must carefully study the Procurement Documentation. Visit and inspect the object of work at your own expense, as well as take responsibility for obtaining the necessary information (such as, but not limited to the following: conditions of access to the exhibition site, transport, delivery of materials and equipment, storage and removal of construction debris, applicable legislation and established norms (resolutions of local authorities), scope and type of work, necessary adaptations, etc., etc.) in relation to risk, unforeseen expenses and other circumstances that may affect the Offer. Failure to comply with these conditions is solely the risk of the Participant, and does not release from responsibility for any mistakes and mistakes made.
• The Participant should carefully study this specification, as well as take responsibility for obtaining the necessary information regarding risk, unforeseen expenses and other circumstances that may affect the Offer. • Any clarifications, interpretations or corrections will be sent to prospective participants in the format of clarifications via the electronic trading platform (with a copy for all participants in the procurement procedure).
• If the Participant in the Procurement Procedure does not ask any questions regarding the scope, meaning, discrepancies and the like in the Procurement Documentation, it will be considered that the Participant is well acquainted with the requirements, and no claims will be accepted after the submission of Proposals.
• Coordinate all necessary documents with the organizers of the exhibition (the project of the stand, the materials from which the building will be made, the supply of electricity, the letter for import and export).
