• Provide summaries of all project participants in free form, with an emphasis on the experience of participation in such projects and a description of the functions to be performed;
• I agree with the conditions of the business requirements and the attached documentation, and willingness to work under the Treaty without changes the terms of the contract (signing the contract, standardized format providing a full package of statutory documents, in the form of the official free-form letters on company letterhead as a PDF with a signature and seal of the Organization uploading documents for ETP;
• Estimates of work performed (annex 10) in Excel and PDF formats with signature and seal of the Organization uploading documents for ETP;
