Comments:
It requires the provision of services for public positioning and information support of the activities of the Northwest Nanocenter with the involvement of the media (newspapers, television channels, radio, the information and telecommunication network "Internet", including news agencies and social networks), followed by an analysis of the work performed.
All materials produced by the Contractor before distribution to the media must be submitted for approval to the Customer;
The Contractor must carry out monthly planning of communication activities and submit to the Customer for approval a work plan for the coming period.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

The Organizer has announced the results on 02.06.2020 at 10:08
and selected the winner: "NOMIKA" OOO – (Bidder 1) (Сергеев И.С.) submitting a bid dated of 27.05.2020 11:12 totalling to 270 000,00 RUB (VAT free)
Обоснование: В рамках Закупки осуществляется запрос предложений на право заключения Договора на оказание информационно-консультационных услуг в области публичного позиционирования и информационного сопровождения деятельности Заказчика в СМИ. К участию в конкурсе допущены обе поданные заявки, как соответствующие конкурсной документации Заказчика.
В качестве дополнительных преимуществ Предложений участников в п.п.2.2.1. п.2.2. конкурсной документации по запросу предложений предусматривалось следующее:
- Опыт участника закупки по успешному выполнению работ сопоставимого характера;
- Предоставление участником закупки в составе тендерной заявки «Концепции коммуникационной работы Заказчика на период 12 месяцев».
Представленные благодарственные и рекомендательные письма, входящие в состав заявки ИП Гайфуллина Д.Р., отражают опыт участника исключительно в производстве видеоконтента, что не является предметом закупки и считается нерелевантным Техническому заданию конкурсной документации. Кроме того, в составе заявки ИП Гайфуллина Д.Р. отсутствует «Концепция коммуникационной работы Заказчика на период 12 месяцев».
При этом, опыт участника ООО «НОМИКА» подтвержден копией договора по успешному выполнению работ сопоставимого характера. Также в составе заявки участника ООО «НОМИКА» представлена предметно проработанная «Концепция коммуникационной работы Заказчика на период 12 месяцев», отражающая понимание отраслевой специфики Заказчика.
На основании вышеизложенного, в условиях отсутствия принципиальной разницы в стоимостных предложениях участников данной закупки, заявка участника ООО «НОМИКА» признается лучшей по критерию "опыт и квалификация».
