Comments:
1. A prerequisite is the provision of constituent documents:
- Charter;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority (TIN);
- Certificate of state registration of a legal entity (OGRN);
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (valid for no earlier than 90 days);
- A decision (protocol) on the appointment of a manager or a power of attorney for the right to conclude a contract;
- A company card with bank details, addresses, phone numbers, etc. signed by the head and chief accountant.
2. All additional conditions are stipulated in the attached contract.
3. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
