Comments: A detailed description of the purchase item and delivery terms are specified in the procurement documents, contract, requirements specification and questionnaires.
The Participant has the right to prepare and submit an alternative Offer (provided that such a possibility is indicated in the Notification published in the System), which may concern both commercial and technical aspects of the offered products (in accordance with clause 4.1.2. Procurement documentation).
Offers in the System must be submitted from the time of the posting of information on procurement until the expiration of the time specified in the Notification of the request for quotations (in accordance with clause 6.1.2. Procurement documentation).
The term of the contract is 20 working days after the signing of the protocol.
The legal status of the procedure and the documents, RFP arrangements and the guidelines for offers preparation are given in the procurement documents.
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section I, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
