Comments: 40'HQ – All specified ports China/Vietnam.
40'OT - only from the port of Tianjin (China).
The requirement for free use of the container upon arrival at the port: 30 days.
Free storage in the port: 10 days. Bids should be specified strictly on the terms of FILO All IN.
The cargo is not dangerous (tires). Weight up to 22.5 t for 40'HQ, up to 24 t for 40'OT.
A contract in the form of a carrier / forwarder (Contractor) with the possibility of making changes (if necessary) through the protocol of disagreements of the Customer.
Payment according to the provided B/L from the contractor for each shipment within 5 working days.

Competitive procedure, is an internal procedure for choosing a Carrier by the Company/The Freight forwarder and should not be considered as a tender in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also is not a public tender, which is regulated by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Vate LLC reserves the right at any time:
- to refuse to continue conducting this Tender procedure, to change the conditions of its conduct, not to respond to the proposals received and not to give comments;
- change the terms of the Tender Procedure and make changes to this Invitation;
- to refuse to conclude a contract with a participant whose proposal is recognized as the best according to the results of the Competitive Procedure. At the same time, any costs associated with participation in the Procurement procedure are borne by the participant independently, these costs are not reimbursed by Vate LLC under any circumstances;
