Payment terms:Payment is made by the Buyer by bank transfer according to the invoice issued by the Supplier by transferring funds in the amount of 30% of the cost of goods to the Supplier's account within 5 (five) days from the date of signing the supply contract, the remaining 70% of the cost of goods 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the goods at the Buyer's warehouse in Arkhangelsk. In the invoice (invoice) a reference is made to this agreement.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of payment of 30% prepayment.
Delivery conditions: by means and at the expense of the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse: Arkhangelsk, ul. Lenin, d. 29. (Perhaps to the warehouse of the transport company)
Acceptance of goods is carried out from 8.00 to 12.00 and from 13.00 to 16.00 hours on weekdays.

Comments:
Products offered for delivery must not be burdened with pledges and other guarantees. The delivery time of products in accordance with the delivery schedule, in the context of each delivery basis. It is possible to adjust the delivery schedule by agreement with the customer regarding the ahead of schedule shipment to form the transit norm of the consignment.
- The procedure for requesting proposals is not a Tender (bidding form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason and not to conclude an agreement or to terminate the request for proposals at any time, without bearing any responsibility to suppliers.
- Replacing the claimed products with a similar one should not lead to a deterioration in the technical and operational characteristics of the proposed products.
- Offered products must be certified and must be delivered with all necessary documentation.
- The basis of delivery is the consignee’s warehouse.
- Transfer of ownership - warehouse of the consignee.

If the Counterparty is a legal entity registered in the territory of the Russian Federation:
1. Certificate of state registration with the assignment OGRN (copy) / List of entries in the register;
2. Certificate of tax registration (copy);
3. Decision / Protocol of the general meeting of participants / shareholders, another document on the appointment of the head of the Counterparty (copy).
4. License (if applicable) (copy);
If the Counterparty is an individual entrepreneur (IP) registered in the Russian Federation:
1. Certificate of state registration with the assignment of the PSRN (copy) / Record sheet from the EGRIP;
2. Certificate of tax registration (copy);
3. IP passport (sheets containing full passport data, photo and registration address, consent to the processing of personal data) (copy);
4. The power of attorney of the person concluding the Agreement on behalf of the IP (in case of signing the Agreement not by the IP itself) (copy);
5. License (if applicable) (copy);
