Auto-extension

Advance payment of 30% of the contract price is paid within 10 (ten) business days after the Supplier issues an invoice for advance payment, 70% within at least 30 (thirty) business days after delivery of the goods;

The supplied products must be new, aesthetic, reliable, comfortable, not previously used, they must be covered by a full manufacturer's warranty, confirmed by documents from the manufacturer of the product – quality certificates valid at the time of delivery, GOST requirements, SanPiN requirements, technical data sheets (instructions for use).
The year of manufacture of the goods must be no earlier than the second quarter of 2023.
The product must meet the requirements of quality, safety of life and health, as well as other requirements of certification, safety (sanitary norms and rules, state standards, etc.), licensing, if such requirements are imposed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. There should be no traces of mechanical damage on the goods, changes in the type of components, as well as other inconsistencies with the official technical description of the supplied goods.
The goods must be marked in accordance with the standards and specifications established for this type of goods, as well as other requirements for the specified goods for their wholesale and retail sale in the territory of the Russian Federation.;

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

1. Данная торговая процедура не является аукционом или конкурсом, не попадает под действие ст.ст.447-449 ГК РФ и не влечет за собой возникновение юридических обязательств у Заказчика по выбору поставщика.
2. Заказчик имеет право вносить изменения в извещение о проведении запроса предложений в любое время до истечения срока подачи предложений на участие в запросе предложений
3. Заказчик имеет право продлевать срок подачи предложений на участие в запросе предложений и соответственно перенести дату и время проведения процедуры открытия доступа к предложениям в любое время до проведения процедуры открытия доступа к предложениям на участие в запросе предложений, а также до подведения итогов закупки изменить дату рассмотрения предложений участников закупки и подведения итогов запроса предложений.
