The Competition is not a Competition (bidding form) provided for in Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation The Contest being held is a Request for Proposals (invitation to make offers).

The procedure and conditions for participation in the request for proposals

The request for proposals will be carried out in accordance with the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the terms of reference.

Participation in this procedure for collecting offers is free of charge.

The procedure for requesting proposals will be held from June 24 to June 28 until 3:00 pm (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of normal time in accordance with the extension rules.
The obligatory condition for participation in the request for proposals is the attachment on the electronic site of the final commercial proposal following the completion of the procedure indicating: prices in Russian rubles without VAT.

To participate in the procedure, the participant is required to complete and attach the following documents:
ü completed questionnaire - Qualification requirements (Appendix No. 3 of the tender documentation) in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the organization) by uploading documents on the ETP;
Конт counterparty card (Appendix No. 4 of the tender documentation) in Excel electronic format by uploading documents to the ETP;
ü letter - acceptance of the terms of reference of the technical assignment and readiness to sign the standard form of the contract (in free form on the company's letterhead) by uploading documents to the ETP;
ü if the Company is on a simplified taxation system, it is necessary to send a supporting document by uploading documents on the ETP;
ü signed auction regulations (Appendix No. 2), you must send a supporting document by uploading documents to the ETP;
ü confirmation of prices in PDF format with the signature and stamp of the organization, send an e-mail to e-mail: ole.kalinina@x5.ru (Appendix No. 1).

The organizer of the contest reserves the right to conduct rebidding. X5 Retail Group reserves the right to recognize one winner of a tender for all lots or several winners of a tender for one or a group of lots for each hypermarket and reserves the right not to recognize any participant as the winner.
