Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Equipment - 50% prepayment upon signing of specification, 50% balance within 60k/d from delivery of equipment to Buyer's site.
Services - 50% prepayment, 50% balance within 14 k/d from completion of works and signing of equipment commissioning certificate.
The payment terms offered by the vendor directly affect the selection of the winner.
Delivery terms:The purchase is made in a single lot according to the technical specification.
To the procedure, you must attach a KP for the supply of process equipment and full services, stamped and signed by an authorized employee of the Supplier's organization.
The equipment is delivered on the basis of a specification signed by the Parties.
The supply of equipment must be included and performed by the Supplier:
1. Delivery of process equipment to Customer's facility.
2. Unloading and arranging equipment according to plan.
3. Installation and commissioning of equipment, including consumables, commissioning in the presence of responsible persons on the part of the Customer, and instruction manual.
4. Removing film from equipment surfaces, removing packaging materials.

!!! ATTENTION!!!
It is acceptable to supply equipment similar to the one stated in the specification, equal in cost and overall dimensions.

The Buyer has the right to choose an authorized organization for installation and commissioning, with guarantees from the Supplier.
Warranty for at least 12 calendar months, from the time the equipment comes into service.
Other requirements: market operation for at least 5 years, delivery time from advance payment not exceeding 40 calendar days.

Leningrad Region, Tosnensky District, 665th km of the Moscow-Saint Petersburg M11 highway, right side of the road coming from Moscow, Mgrilcafe restaurant.

Delivery time of equipment and work (services):
from 01.12. to 15.12.2021.
