Comments: Dear Participants, we invite you to take part in the Request for proposals for the provision of cleaning services for SOKOLOV stores on the territory of MSK-SV and MSK-YUG (Moscow and Moscow Region, Vladimir region, Ivanovo region, Kostroma region, Yaroslavl region, Kaluga region, Ryazan region) The ongoing request for proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Competition is a Request for proposals (an invitation to make offers). Request for proposals according to the Application-specification form. The step of reducing the bid offered by the participant for each lot is not set; the initial bidding rates are not set; it is not allowed for participants to make special offers; it is not allowed for participants to place identical bids on the lot. The request for proposals will be held from 24.08.2022 to 18-00 on 31.08.2022 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of the main time. To participate, you need to send:  a completed questionnaire - Qualification requirements (Appendix No. 3 of the tender documentation) in Excel and PDF electronic format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading the documents to the ETP;  counterparty card (Appendix No. 7 of the tender documentation) in electronic Excel format by uploading the documents to the ETP; signed confirmation of the offer (in free form), and agreement with the terms of the TOR and the standard form of the Contract. Proposals from companies that do not contain the entire list of requested documentation will not be accepted for consideration.
Venue of bidding:	This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
