We invite you to participate in the Request for Proposals for the selection of a supplier (s) for the provision of basic personnel for the FCS "Carousel" facilities of X5 Retail Group located in the Central Branch.

The Request for Proposals is not a Competition (the form of bidding) provided for in Art.447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Request for Proposals is an invitation to make offers.
The procedure and conditions for participation in the Request for Proposals
The request for proposals will be made in the form of request for proposals in accordance with the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1). Participation in these trades is free of charge.

Stage number 1: will be held in the form of an open Request for Proposals in accordance with the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1). The rate of reduction offered by the bidder for each lot is NOT set; The initial bidding rates are not specified; Participants are not allowed to make special offers; Participants may be offered identical bids by lot.

The request for proposals will be held from 15.08.2018. before 17:00 on August 21, 2013 (Moscow time) without a possible extension after the end of the normal time in accordance with the bidding rules (Appendix No. 2).
To participate in this stage you need to DOWNLOAD ALL THE LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR ETP b2b-center.ru:
without changes in the terms of the agreement (signing of the standardized form of the contract, provision of the full package of statutory documents, in the form of an official letter in free form on the company letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization downloading the documents to the ETP;
• Consent to the provision of copies of permits, medical books, contracts with employees certified by the company's original seal one week prior to the site. (Provision of a certified list of personnel is provided with the original stamp of the company one week before the site is opened.) The consent to submit in the form of an official letter in free form on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization downloading the documents to the ETP;
• Information on the geography of the counterparty's work: the presence of a controlling unit and operating facilities in the city of service. The type of the official letter in free form on the company letterhead of the Company in PDF format with the signature and stamp of the organization having downloaded the documents to the ETP;
• Confirmation of works in full compliance with the tax legislation of the Russian Federation Kind of an official letter in free form on the company letterhead of the Company in PDF format with the signature and stamp of the organization downloading the documents to the ETP;
• regulation of the first stage of bidding in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization downloading documents for ETP (Appendix No. 2);

• a counterparty card (Appendix No. 3) in Excel and PDF format with the signature and stamp of the organization, downloading documents to the ETP;
• the participant's questionnaire, qualification criteria (Appendix No. 4) in Excel and PDF formats with the organization's signature and stamp, uploading documents to the ETP;
• qualification requirements (Appendix # 5) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and the seal of the organization, downloading documents to the ETP;
• if the Company is on a simplified taxation system, it is necessary to send a supporting document by uploading documents to the ETP;


Proposals of companies that do not contain the entire list of requested documents will not be accepted for consideration.

The commercial offer must be valid for no less than 90 (ninety) calendar days, from the date of Request for Proposals.
The organizer of the RFQ reserves the right to perform a rebidding.
