Payment terms:• Method of payment – cashless form of payments, payment is made monthly. Payment of Executor's services is made by the Customer within 15 (Fifteen) banking days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on rendered services and receipt of invoice by the Customer on the basis of Executor's account. Deferred payment of funds is not a credit and interest for the period of use of funds is not accrued or paid.

Comments:
We invite You to participate in the request for proposals in the form of electronic bidding to choose a supplier (s) for the provision of auxiliary and ancillary services, as well as cleaning services for the objects "X5 Retail Group" (Trading Network "Carousel") of the Company "X5 Retail Group "located in the North-West Branch (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).
The Request for proposals is not a Contest (form of bidding), provided by article 447-449 of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code. The Request for proposals is an invitation to make an offer.
Procedure and conditions of participation in the request for proposals
The Request for proposals will be made in the form of a request for proposals according to the specification (Annex № 2). Participation in these tenders is gratuitous.

Stage № 1: Will be in the form of an open request for proposals in accordance with the Application Specification (Annex № 1). The rate of reduction of the proposed bidder for each lot IS not set; Initial bidding rates Are not set; No special offers are allowed to be made by participants; It is not allowed to assign the same bets on the lot to the participants.
Request for proposals will be held with 21.03.2017 G. Up to 17:00 27.03.2017 (Moscow time) with possible renewals after completion of the main time in accordance with the bidding rules (Appendix № 5).
To participate in this stage You need to send:
• Agreement with the terms of the Technical specifications and Readiness to work according to the contract without changes of the contract terms (signing of the standardized form of the contract, provision of the full package of statutory documents, in the form of an official letter in free form on Company letterhead in PDF format with signature and Seal of the Organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Consent to the provision of copies of permits, medical books, contracts with employees certified by the original Seal of the company a week before the entry to the facility. (The Provision of a certified list of personnel is provided with the original company seal a week prior to the entry to the facility.) Consent to provide in the form of an official letter in free form on the Company letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization uploading documents to the ETP;
• Information about the geography of the counterparty: Presence of controlling unit and operating facilities in the city of service. The Form of an official letter in free form on the Company letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization uploading documents to the ETP;
• Confirmation of works in full compliance with the tax legislation of the RF Form of the official letter in free form on the Company letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization uploading documents to the ETP;
• Provision of certificates for used chemistry in PDF format
• Regulation of the first stage of trading in PDF format with the signature and seal of the Organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Participant's profile, qualification criteria in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization uploading documents to the ETP;
• The counterparty card in Excel format and PDF with the signature and seal of the Organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Calculation of works in Excel format and PDF with signature and Seal of the Organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• If the Company is on the simplified system of taxation, it is necessary to send the confirming document uploading documents to the ETP;

Proposals of companies containing not the entire list of requested documentation will not be accepted for consideration.

The Commercial offer must be valid for at least 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of the contest.
