The request for proposals is not a contest (form of bidding), provided by article 447-449 of the Russian Civil Code. The request for proposals is an invitation to make an offer.
Procedure and conditions of participation in the request for proposals
The request for proposals will be made in the form of a request for proposals according to the specification (annex № 1). Participation in these tenders is gratuitous.

Stage № 1: Will be in the form of an open request for proposals in accordance with the application Specification (annex № 1). The rate of reduction of the proposed bidder for each lot is not set; Initial bidding rates are not set; No special offers are allowed to be made by participants; It is not allowed to assign the same bets on the lot to the participants.
Request for proposals will be held from 23.11.2018 to 10:00 H (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of the main time in accordance with the rules of bidding (appendix № 2).
To participate in this stage you need to send:
• The rules of electronic bidding signed by the responsible person (annex № 2);
• Acceptance of the terms of the technical specification and readiness to sign the standard form of the customer agreement in the form of an official letter on the company letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the Organization;
• Participant's profile (Appendix № 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and stamp of the Organization;
• The Counterparty Card (Appendix 4) in EXCEL format;
• License to carry out preliminary and periodical medical examinations
• Scan copy of sanitary-epidemiological conclusion for medical examinations in the building where the honey is located. Establishment PDF format
• Staffing
• If the company is on a simplified system of taxation, it is necessary to send a confirmation document.


Proposals of companies containing not the entire list of requested documentation will not be accepted for consideration.

The quotation must be valid for at least 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of the request for proposals.
The organizer of the request for proposals reserves the right to carry out the regrind.
