Comments:
Products proposed for delivery must be new, no later than 2019 of release, not burdened with pledges and other guarantees, not previously used. The delivery time of products in accordance with the delivery schedule, in the context of each delivery basis. It is possible to adjust the delivery schedule by agreement with the customer regarding the ahead of schedule shipment to form the transit norm of the consignment.
- The current request for proposals procedure is not a tender (bidding form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason and not to conclude an agreement or terminate the request for commercial proposals at any time without incurring any responsibility to suppliers.
- Replacing the claimed products with a similar one should not lead to a deterioration in the technical and operational characteristics of the proposed products.
- Offered products must be certified and must be delivered with all necessary documentation.
- The basis of delivery is the consignee’s warehouse.
