Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Total cost of the corresponding batch of Goods within no later than 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods (from the date of signing the consignment note without comments), and the provision of an invoice.
Delivery terms:By delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. The price includes delivery to the buyer's warehouse at the specified address.

Comments:
Legal entities are allowed to conclude the contract:
- carrying out economic activity for at least 1 (one) calendar year;
- having revenue for the previous reporting period comparable to the amount of the proposed transaction (the transaction amount is not more than 50% of the revenue);
- having no effective decisions of the Federal Tax Service on the suspension of transactions on taxpayer accounts, except in cases when payment in full is made after the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty (subsequent payment);
- not being in liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings.
