Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:As a priority, proposals with payment terms are considered within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of signing the consignment note (f. TORG-12) and receipt of an invoice from the Supplier, if there are originals of invoices, tendering-12 issued in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:In batches, by the quarterly norm at the warehouse at the location of the buyer. The supplier provides the packaging of the goods ensuring the integrity and safety of the goods.

All correspondence regarding this request must be prepared in strict accordance with the attached request and the procurement documentation, and downloaded when submitting a proposal for electronic trading in a scanned form signed by an authorized representative and certified with a seal. BGK LLC reserves the right not to consider proposals submitted without submitting the forms specified in the procurement documentation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
