The goods are paid by the Buyer within 85 (eighty-five) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods by the Buyer (consignee) under the Sales Invoice and on the basis of the invoice provided that the Supplier transferred and the Buyer accepted all the necessary documents stipulated in sections 5 and 6 of the Agreement
For participants who are small and medium-sized businesses:
The goods are paid by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods by the Buyer (consignee) under the Sales Invoice and on the basis of the invoice provided that the Supplier has transferred, and the Buyer has accepted all the necessary documents stipulated in sections 5 and 6 of the Agreement.
