Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total value of the corresponding batch of Goods within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods (from the date of signature of the goods) invoice without comment), and the provision of an invoice
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The date of delivery of the respective products consignment, is the date of transfer of the entire products consignment by the Supplier to the Buyer at the Supplier's warehouse. Considering the fact of further transportation of goods to the the Far North districts to the facility, the packing of cargo must ensure the safety of the cargo during transportation, storage (accumulation) and materials handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

Comments:
1) Spare parts of original factory production.
2) Compulsory loading of the following documents; commercial offer, certificate confirming the attitude to the products. Certificate for the supplied products.
3) Products should be new, not used.
4) The products must be attached: certificate of quality of goods/passport.
5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: quality of goods, minimum delivery time, cost, terms of payment, work experience;
6) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
7) This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
8) Before shipment it is necessary to fill out the packing list (see example of filling in the procurement documentation), put the packing list on the packaging with the product, send a copy to the Customer by e-mail.
9) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to the areas of the far north and the areas equated to them. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96"Cargo Marking".
