Quality Requirements:
1. Spare parts must be the original domestic factory production or the USA, Europe, South. Korea, Russia, except China.
2. Spare parts for Scania dump trucks - not original, manufactured in USA, Europe, South. Korea, Russia, if China, then only proven, good quality.
3. All spare parts must be new, not rebuilt, not repaired, will be accepted through incoming control at the enterprise.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
