Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. - Possibility to provide security measures (bank guarantee) if the offer is subject to partial or full prepayment. RUB incl. VAT The supplier/contractor must provide a bank guarantee with a bank from the Top 10 based on the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. To confirm it is necessary to support the bank's letter of readiness to provide a bank guarantee for the amount of the advance payment.
