Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring money to the supplier’s account within 63 days from the receipt of goods and materials at the customer’s warehouse in Volgograd. Shipping cost is included in the cost of goods and materials.
Delivery terms:Delivery shall be carried out to the buyer's warehouse in Volgograd no later than 15 days from the date of signing the specification. The supplier is obliged to ensure the integrity of the packaging and the safety of transportation of goods and materials.

Comments:
The technical parameters of the proposed analogues should fully comply with those specified in the procurement items of goods and materials. Otherwise, the proposals will not be considered!

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Prior to the moment of opening the envelopes, it is necessary to attach to the proposals in electronic form the participants of this procedure the application form and documents, according to the list, simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and the file as a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and sealed by the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. It is MANDATORY to provide certificates and quality passports, technical documentation.

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
