Payment terms:
100% payment deferral upon products delivery. Preferable term of deferment: 60 days deferred from the date of delivery of goods to the consignee's warehouse. Other terms of payment shall be agreed by the parties additionally. Payment shall be made in cashless form by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account. Payment currency - Russian rubles. The payment shall be made based on the results of acceptance procedure, provided that the supplier has submitted the originals of the documents certifying the quality of products, consignment notes and commercial invoices in accordance to the results of acceptance and executed in accordance with the requirements of the applicable laws.
Delivery terms:
The goods shall be delivered by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse. Shipping cost shall be included in the products price. The delivery date is the date of transfer of goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG-12) at the Buyer's warehouse in Mezhdurechensk, Yuzhnaya Promzona, Skladskoye khozyaystvo. Delivery time: shortest possible from signing the contract by the buyer. Supplied goods must be new, not restored. Other delivery conditions are to be agreed by the parties additionally. Products shall be delivered with all the required documents, confirming their quality and origin.
Comments: Mandatory requirement: uploading of commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and stamp of organization, certificate of conformity, permission per application, dealer's certificate with manufacturers or confirmation of supplier's status, reference list. Simultaneously with the proposals it is necessary to provide documents specified in the procurement documentation. The contract shall be concluded only in the standard form of PAO "Yuzhny Kuzbass" without protocols of disagreements (see the attachment). Period of validity of the offer must be at least 60 calendar days from the date of submission. One of the important criteria for evaluating proposals is deferred payment. Preferred period of deferment is 60 days or more from the date of delivery. Please note. If products of other manufacturers are offered (not the original) or other catalog number, in commercial proposal it is required to indicate the name of the manufacturer and the modified catalog number. Also, the offer must be accompanied by a letter signed by the head of the company, in which the participant confirms the compliance of characteristics of offered products with the original. Please note that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code, Art. 1057 - 1061 of Part 2 of the CC of FR. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the organizer of appropriate civil legal liabilities and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to stop the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to participants. The number can be changed upon request, in case of changing requests by the companies.
