This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a contest and its conduct is not governed by articles 447-449 p.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation

The Organizer has the right to refuse the received offers for any reason or to terminate the procedure of asking prices at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants of the request proposals. |
