Payment terms:
1. option: Payment for goods under the Agreement may be made by the Buyer by transferring to the Seller bills of Sberbank with a cash withdrawal period of 30 days. Bills shall be transferred under Transfer and Acceptance Certificate. From the moment the bill is transferred, the Buyer is deemed to have fulfilled his obligation to pay for the Goods.
2. option: Payment for the delivered Goods is made by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) banking days after the receipt of the Goods at the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
Delivery of the Goods, according to pre-ordered items, is carried out by the Supplier’s transport to the Buyer's warehouse within three days from the date of application. The supplier must be located within the Novosibirsk region. The participant must, when indicating the cost of the lot, take into account the cost of delivery to the buyer's warehouse. The goods are not provided for in one lot delivery, only in separate positions according to preliminary applications.

In case of failure to provide these documents, the Buyer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
