Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer pays for the received new Goods in the amount of 100% of the value of the Goods within 20 (twenty) banking days from the date of signing the consignment note /bill of lading or other document confirming the acceptance of the Goods, provided there are no complaints about the quality, quantity, completeness, configuration of the delivered Goods and provided that the Buyer receives the proper the invoice issued in the name of the Buyer, the original of the contract, the specification and the originals of shipping documents. In case of violation of the above conditions for the provision of documents, payment for the goods is carried out within 30 days from the date of transfer to the Buyer of all of the above documents.
Delivery terms:Delivery until 02/28/2023. On the terms of DDP P. V.Kuranakh (Aldansky district, RS (Ya)). (The Supplier delivers the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) at the place of delivery of the goods at his own expense. The shipping cost is included in the Product price). Shipment of TC PEK, RATEK, GTD is not allowed.

Comments:
Settlements under the agreement are carried out using settlement accounts opened by the Parties in the Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC). In order to fulfill this requirement, the participant of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner of the "request for proposals" procedure, is obliged to open a settlement account in the Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC) within 5 (Five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, for the purposes of making payments under the contract in respect of the conclusion of which the request for proposals was conducted.

We also draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.

The bidder must attach a commercial offer with the signature of the responsible person on the letterhead. Passport for the product. The price offer and delivery terms submitted through the ETP functionality must correspond to the price and conditions in the commercial offer.

The provision of a package of documents specified in the file "Documentation for the contract" is MANDATORY. In the absence of all or part of these documents, the application is not subject to consideration.
