The Buyer pays for the received new Product in the amount of 100% of its value within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the consignment note / waybill or other document confirming the acceptance of the Goods, provided there are no complaints about the quality, quantity, completeness, a complete set of the delivered Goods and on condition that the Buyer receives the originals of the account duly drawn up in the name of the Buyer, the invoice and invoice (UPD), the original contract and specification. In case of violation of the above conditions for the provision of documents, payment for the goods is carried out within 30 days from the date of transfer of all of the above documents to the Buyer.

Comments: Minutes of disagreements to the contract are not accepted.
