The choice of the most profitable offer for JSC "Salavatsteklo" is carried out taking into account the assessment of the following criteria:
- payment within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery is preferable ;
- it is preferable to conclude an Agreement on the standard form of JSC "Salavatsteklo" ;
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right to refuse to participate in the Request in the following cases:
- the commercial offer is received after the deadline;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not comply with the terms of this Bid Notice;
- the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the commercial offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection.

For the last reporting period, the following documents: balance sheet (Form 1), profit and loss statement (Form 2), SSV-M certificate (number of employees), VAT declaration, company charter, stamped and signed by the manager.
To perform repair work at the facilities of JSC "Salavatsteklo", please provide the following documents:
For working personnel:
1. copies of certificates for training and testing knowledge of labor protection requirements;
2. when using gas cylinders, a certificate confirming training on the "Industrial Safety Rules for hazardous production facilities where equipment operating under overpressure is used" approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. By Order of the Federal Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision Service No. 116 dated 03/25/2014;
3. Copies of the protocol of knowledge verification in the commission of the enterprise in the scope of the production instruction and admission to independent work;
4. When using electrical appliances, a certificate confirming the verification of knowledge on electrical safety of the corresponding group
5. Fire-technical minimum;
6. Training of 1.2 groups in the safe production of work at height;
7. When working with lifting facilities, the certificate of the slinger.
For work managers:
1. Certification in the field of industrial safety (A.1);
2. When using gas cylinders, certification in the field of industrial safety (B 8.23);
3. When carrying out loading and unloading operations with the use of lifting facilities, certification in the field of industrial safety (B 9.31)
4. Training and testing of knowledge of labor protection requirements in a licensed organization (with a copy of this organization attached);
5. Certificate confirming the verification of knowledge on electrical safety;
6. Certificate of training in safe work at height;
7. Fire-technical minimum.
