Payment terms:Payment for the production batch is made within 60 days after receipt by the Purchaser an invoice, drawn up in accordance with the Tax Code. Payment type: Cashless - Money Order. Possible to calculate production "Mechel-Materials".
Delivery terms:Supplier delivery by road transport (transport companies). shipping costs are included in the production batch. Delivery time: January-June 2020. on applications.

Comments:
This procedure is not a competition or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code. The buyer has the right to refuse all offers postupivschih without the imposition of liability. Contract only EDITORIAL BUYER. (Model contract is attached)
Certificates are required for production.

Possible submission of proposals via the electronic platform B2B-mechel.ru from pre-register in the system, but have not received electronic signature and payment for participation in the system.
Acceptance of the proposals on e-mail Organizer is completed in a period of 4 hours before the expiry of the request for proposals.
