Special conditions:
Buyer's option +/- 30% of the total amount awarded to the Bidder in quantitative terms.
The option means the Buyer's right to reduce (-) or increase (+) the quantity of the delivered Goods within the agreed quantity without changing the remaining agreed terms, including without changing the prices agreed in the Appendix.
