Comments: The purpose of the procurement procedure is to obtain final proposals with the lowest possible cost for concluding a long-term contract. The decision on the selection of the winner is made taking into account the technical conclusion of the customer, possible recommendations of the Security Department regarding the participants and the following criteria
1. The validity period of the offers is at least until 30.06.2022;
2. The number of positions specified in the request is formed on the basis of the forecast needs of JSC Lebedinsky GOK, JSC Mikhailovsky GOK named after A.V. Varicheva", JSC "OEMK" named after A.A. Ugarova" and JSC "Ural Steel". The actual quantity of purchased pipe fittings may differ from the projected demand.;
3. The procedure will be carried out in 1 stage;
4. The list includes items that are purchased according to the table of figures and do not require technical approval, therefore, it is not allowed to change the declared name of equipment, technical characteristics and configuration. If for some positions the participants do not have the opportunity to offer equipment with the required technical characteristics, then these positions are not offered.
5. Delivery of goods in batches to the buyer's warehouse (g. Gubkin, St. Oskol, Zheleznogorsk, Novotroitsk). The volume of the batch is formed for the period. The duration of the period is agreed upon additionally;
6. Requirements for the form of the contract – a standard contract of the buyer;
7. Formation of the price of the goods - The cost of packaging and transport costs are included in the price of the goods;
8. Acceptance of products to the warehouse - Acceptance and payment of products is carried out after the entrance control at the buyer's warehouse.
