Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Advance payment - 0%, payment is made on the basis of an invoice issued in accordance with the Specification in the amount of 100%, by transferring funds within 5 banking days from the date of signing the entire set of documents: shipping documents (TORG-12, certificate of services, TTN) and a certificate of completion (commissioning of equipment) or a universal transfer document (UPD).
The date of payment is the date of debiting funds from the Buyer's current account.

The winner of the procedure will be recognized the proposal of the applicant who has proposed, by the decision of the Tender Committee, the best conditions in accordance with the requirements and criteria of the procedure.
