All the products shall pass the entrance control. Only quality tools shall be offered. Tools of factory quality shall be delivered with a certificate of quality.

Only proposals submitted in accordance with the requirements of the bidding procedure for the whole lot and in accordance with the required nomenclature shall be considered.

The company, selected as the winner for the supply of materials but having no contractual relations with PAO "Uralkuz", shall provide within three days, a copy of an extract from EGRYuL. Uploading of commercial proposal/invoice and certificates for products is mandatory. If some of these documents are not uploaded the Buyer has the right not to consider the candidacy of participant. All products must be delivered with a quality certificate, the certificate of conformity. Contract shall be concluded strictly in the customer's version, protocols of disagreements shall not be accepted. Обоснование: с учетом мнения технических служб, коммерческой части предложения, стоимости транспортировки и заключения службы безопасности и с учетом поступивших коммерческих предложений на закрытый эл. ящик, закупочной комиссией ПАО "Уралкуз" принято решение признать победителем - ООО "Инструмент-Сервис", ИНН 6673134986 с общей стоимостью 279 609,90 руб. без НДС . Предложение ООО ТК "Инструмпромторг" не рассматривать, т.к. подано с нарушением условий торгов (не за весь лот).
