Payment terms:The Buyer makes payment by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account in the following order: 100% payment for the goods within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt products to the Buyer's warehouse
Delivery terms:The supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the Buyer's warehouse. It is mandatory to have a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods when entering the warehouse. The goods to be delivered must be new, not refurbished. When shipping goods, the Buyer must be notified with copies of: invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier. Required manufacturer/dealer status. A PREREQUISITE FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND THE CONCLUSION OF A SUPPLY CONTRACT IS THE PRESENCE OF THE STATUS - THE MANUFACTURER, OR THE EXISTING DEALER AUTHORITY WITH THE MANUFACTURERS, CONFIRMATION SUPPLIER STATUS IS REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE REQUEST IS COMPLETED AND THE RELEVANT DOCUMENTS ARE PROVIDED ELECTRONICALLY. THE OFFER MUST BE VALID FOR 120 DAYS. Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 — 1061 Part 2 GK RF. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
