Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
Within 5 (five) business days from the date of submission of the invoice from the supplier.
Delivery terms:
The Supplier undertakes to deliver the goods on time, no later than 5 (five) business days from the date of payment for the goods by the Customer. Delivery is carried out at the address of the Customer's location.
Comments: Please attach the following documents to the Bid:
Detailed Commercial proposal, as well as Technical and Commercial Proposal in an editable format;
• organization card, copies of Registration Certificate, Financial Statements for the last financial year (F1 and F2) (on request), certificates, licenses (if necessary) for the right to carry out activities;
• The Bidder may additionally provide documents testifying to the qualifications, experience, business, financial, technical, personnel capabilities of the Bidder, positive business reputation.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
