In order to be admitted to the Request for Proposals and conclusion of the supply contract, a participant should be either the manufacturer or an effective dealer of the manufacturer, and the supplier’s status shall be confirmed immediately after the end of RFP with the supporting documents provided electronically. The submitted offer shall be effective for 2 months. Please note, that this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) and does not constitute a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section I, and Articles 1057-1061, Section II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
