Обязательно к заявке прикрепить коммерческое предложение. В КП указать стоимость сеялки в базовой комплектации, отдельно указать стоимость дополнительных опций. Срок поставки, условия оплаты. Сеялка должна быть новой, не бывшей в употреблении.

Данная процедура запроса предложений не является аукционом или конкурсом, не подпадает под действие ст. 447-449 ГК РФ и не влечет за собой возникновение юридических обязательств у Заказчика по выбору Поставщика.
