Payment terms:Payment by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account on the first Thursday after 30 days from the date of delivery in accordance with the invoice received. By agreement of the parties, other forms of payment are possible.

When the Goods are delivered within 10 (ten) days following the date of the end of the delivery period, the price for the Goods shall be reduced by 10%. In the case of delivery of the Goods after 10 (ten) days following the date of expiry of the delivery period, the price for the Goods shall be reduced by 30%.
Delivery terms:Delivery of products is carried out by means and at the expense of the Supplier by road to the Buyer's warehouse located at: Togliatti, str. Novozavodskaya, house 8. The products are delivered in containers or packaging, which ensures the safety of the cargo during transportation.
