Comments:
The products shall be new, not previously used, not produced in China. Uploading of commercial proposals is strictly required. Without offer the commercial proposal shall not be considered. For the participation the manufacturers, authorized representatives of manufacturers, dealers shall be invited. Availability of quality certificates, certificates of conformity is required. Delivery under the contract in the buyers wording, protocols of disagreements are not accepted. The buyer is entitled to reject the application for failure to comply with the requirements specified in the RFP. The buyer has the right to refuse all submitted proposals without the imposition of liability.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
