All prices for goods offered by you will be separately checked at the average market prices, if the prices are unreasonably higher, then the goods will not be purchased. The purchase of goods will be possible only if a discount is provided, through an add-on. Commercial Proposal

This Bidding procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.

At the conclusion of the contract, the following documents must be provided:
-Charter (with amendments),
- A certificate of state registration of a legal entity or a Certificate of making an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities registered before July 1, 2002.,
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority,
Power of attorney (if the signatory is not the head of the legal entity).

Attach an invoice to the documentation/Commercial Proposal for the product.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
