This trading procedure is not an auction or tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer at the supplier's choice.

At the conclusion of the contract, you must provide the following documents:
- Charter (as amended),
- Certificate of state registration of a legal entity or Certificate of making an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities registered before July 1, 2002,
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority,
Power of attorney (if the signatory is not the head of the legal entity).

Attach an invoice to the documentation/KP for the product.
