Comments: 1. Requirements to the technical, functional characteristics (consumer properties) of the goods, to the size, quality, safety of the goods are set out in Appendix 1 "Specification"
2. The price proposed by the participant shall include the cost of the goods, transportation costs (for delivery by road transport-to spring, at delivery by railway transport-to St. Slavgorod), the cost of packaging, packing, marking, all taxes, duties, fees and Obligatory payments in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, insurance costs, as well as all other expenses.
