Comments:
1.1. Delivery of products must be carried out to the warehouses of the Consignee
1.2. The cost of the product must include the cost of the goods, the cost of packaging and packaging, the cost of labeling, the cost of processing the necessary documentation, the cost of insurance, transportation costs, loading and unloading costs
1.3. The warranty for the supplied products is not less than 1 year from the date of delivery of the products
1.4. Replacement of defective or out-of-order products within 30 days after notification of the Supplier
1.5.The products are delivered in non-returnable packaging. Packaging, labeling, must comply with the requirements specified in the technical specifications of the manufacturer of the product, and the requirements of GOST.
1.6. Delivery of goods with similar technical characteristics is not allowed

1.7. Delivery time – within 35 calendar days from the date of signing the contract
1.8.Payment terms: work under 275 FZ - cashless payment, payment is made within 30 days from the date of delivery of products to the warehouse of the Consignees in full
1.9. The products are delivered with certificates, marked according to GOST.
