Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
Attachment of a scanned copy of the Commercial Proposal on the Supplier's letterhead with a certifying signature is required.
Consent with the Model Contract of VKM-STAL LLC, the Scrap Metal Acceptance Rules and additional penalties for the supply of scrap with a high percentage of blockage is mandatory.
I draw your attention to the fact that the commercial offer is, in accordance with Art. 435 and Art. 436 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, an offer, irrevocable throughout the above period of delivery of goods and materials. (The supplier) is obligated to deliver on the terms specified in this offer, in case of acceptance for the whole or part of the assortment, on the part of one of the persons to whom the present offer has been sent, for the entire duration of this offer.
