Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for products is made in a non-cash manner by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account. The payment currency is the Russian ruble. Preferred payment terms: the Buyer makes payments on account of payment for products (batches of products) no later than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of products based on the results of acceptance, provided that the Supplier provides original documents confirming the quality of products (batches of products), waybills and invoices corresponding to the results of acceptance, issued in accordance with the requirements legislation. The price should include the shipping cost.

Separately, please note that your commercial offer (offer) must necessarily contain the following essential conditions:
• product name with reference to regulatory and technical documentation
• the quantity of products offered for delivery in the units of measurement corresponding to the Call for Bidding subject;
• the price of the product per unit of measurement; the basis of delivery (place of delivery, method of transportation, information on the costs included in the price of the goods, the time of transfer of ownership);
• Delivery period and delivery dates
• terms and conditions of payment for products

If a different delivery procedure is envisaged, the commercial offer (offer) must necessarily include a corresponding comment.

The term of validity of the offer (offer) must be at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.

Simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, the technical description must be attached.
The supplied products must be free from the rights and claims of third parties, manufactured on their own or under dealer, as well as third-party contracts equivalent to them.

A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT is to upload a price offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization.

The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must conclude a delivery agreement with LLC SUR in the customer's editorial office (Appendix No. 1)

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse the received offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
