Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment, mostly 100% post.payment within 60 calendar days.
Delivery terms:• By and at the expense of the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse in Moscow.
• The volume of each shipped batch of Products is agreed by the Parties immediately before shipment. Products according to one Specification can be selected by the Buyer in parts.
• All Products must be delivered on pallets. Containers and packaging must have a marketable appearance, ensure the safety of raw materials during loading and unloading, during transportation, as well as during long-term storage.
• The following marking must be applied to each tarn place (barrel, flask, box, box, bag): product name, article number, designation and number of the relevant quality document, country of origin, manufacturer's name, batch number, number of units in the package, gross and net weight, date of manufacture and expiration date or date of implementation. The marking must be applied in a way that ensures its safety during transportation and the entire shelf life.

If the Buyer is satisfied with the cost of the offered raw materials, the Supplier will have to provide product samples for testing in the Buyer's laboratory for compliance /non-compliance with the quality of raw materials.
