Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Supplier of the Products in the following order:
- 50% of the cost of the Products, including VAT, is transferred to the Supplier’s settlement account on the basis of a prepayment invoice issued by the Supplier within 5 (five) banking days from the date of signing the Agreement;
- the remaining 50% within 5 (five) banking days from the date of delivery of the goods, receipt and signing of the original invoice in the form (TORG-12) by the Buyer.
Delivery terms:
Delivery and manufacturing time of the Products, 50 (fifty) calendar days from the date of transfer of the advance amount to the Supplier's account.
