Prices must be given with VAT for one ton of goods and delivery by road (in bags, on pallets up to 1 ton) to the Kirov region, Orichevsky district, Strizhi village, Kirova str., 12.
The contract will be concluded with JSC "Agrofirma "Doronichi" preferably in the form of the customer's contract.
At the conclusion of the contract, it will be necessary to provide a quality certificate, a declaration of conformity, a veterinary certificate, a quarantine certificate, a TTN. When entering the Kirov region, you must pass a san.processing of the vehicle and submit a certificate of san.processing.
Only the KP obtained on the ETP are considered. The KP must specify the validity period of the offer. It is also necessary to attach an enterprise card, a quality certificate, a declaration of conformity to the ETP.
This trading procedure is not an auction or tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer at the supplier's choice.
