Comments:
KP is being collected for the supply of Walraven TM system elements. The KP must be placed strictly in the specified form. The offer must be placed in its entirety for the selected lot.
Price must be included without VAT, no bonus, but subject to delivery and deferral.
After consideration of the CP, participants are invited to the tender procedure. Technical expertise of the product is possible at any time of the bidding process.
Terms of delivery - according to the delivery agreement and supplementary agreements.
Deferred payment is not less than 90 calendar days.
Delivery time — no more than 3 days from the date of order
Regular deliveries to all Petrovich Center of St. Petersburg, Moscow, Tver, NWFD cities. Delivery must be made directly to all SPCs or via RC to St. Petersburg, subject to signing a logistic agreement with payment for RC services.
For new suppliers, it is mandatory to agree on the terms of the Petrovich STD agreement and commercial terms.
This solicitation procedure is not a competition and is not governed by articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
